Oh good, this could have been so much worse, probably. I got "Uniform", joy!
(reading.... DONE)
This article was actually kind of less informative than I would have hoped. It didn't tell me when or why exactly uniforms started being worn- I assume no one really remembers (I looked, really, no one knows). It also didn't tell me anything crazy or interesting concerning uniforms. That's a shame, but it did tell me stuff... about them... which I guess is good enough.
Basically, a uniform is worn to show what sort of organization you are apart of and for quick and easy visual identification. Something as simple as a school uniform all the way up to a general, all serve the same purpose; identification. It is actually illegal to wear a policeman's uniform, if they catch you, you can get thrown in jail for impersonating an officer.
I feel so much smarter now, first days over, I feel like I've accomplished something. I'm feel like going on a walk... dressed as a cop... maybe direct traffic.
